This dress material has been handcrafted and handwoven. Inconsistencies in the weave/selvedge, missing or pulled thread are a part of the weaving process. These lend a character to your outfit.
Washing and care:
Hand/machine wash with like colours in cold water. Do not soak. Line dry in shade.
We ship all orders through trusted logistics partners such as Delhivery and available services on Shiprocket.
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of purchase, unless marked On-Order Basis, in which case dispatch timelines are mentioned in the respective product description.
We do not dispatch on Sundays or public holidays.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in select Indian cities only. Please check availability at checkout.
International Shipping:
We ship worldwide. Customs duties, import taxes, or any additional charges applicable in the destination country must be borne by the customer. COD is not available for international orders.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by emailing info@weavesoftradition.com.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Eligible cancellations will be refunded in full within 3–4 business days.
As no payment is collected on COD orders, they are not eligible for refund.
We offer a 7-day return policy on eligible products. If more than 7 days have passed since you received your order, we cannot accept a return or issue a refund.
Please note: Handloom and handcrafted products may show minor irregularities or color variations that are natural to the process and are not considered defects.

Your order ID and purchase date
Clear photographs of the product and, if applicable, the defect
Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and confirm next steps.
All returns are subject to verification.
We pack and dispatch every order under video surveillance. When a return is received, it is inspected against the original dispatch footage, packaging materials, product tags, and invoice to confirm authenticity and condition.
A product will qualify for refund only if:
It is unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.
It includes the original invoice and any accompanying accessories.
It matches the item originally shipped by Weaves of Tradition.
If a product returned is different from what was shipped, tampered with, or shows signs of misuse, no refund will be issued and the customer will be permanently blacklisted from future purchases on our platform.

Reverse pickups within India are handled through Delhivery, wherever available.
If reverse pickup is not supported in your area, you may ship the item back using India Post or another reliable courier. Please share the shipment tracking details and courier receipt. We will reimburse your shipping charges once the return is approved.
International returns must be arranged by the customer at their own cost. Reverse pickup is not available for international orders.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@weavesoftradition.com or via a Text on WhatsApp at+91 81975 63131.
Attach clear images of the issue. After verification, we will arrange a pickup and process a full refund or replacement once the product is received and inspected.
Once we receive your return:
The item will be verified under recorded inspection for condition, packaging, and authenticity.
We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original mode of payment.
For COD orders, we’ll request your bank details for a direct transfer.
If the return fails verification or is found inconsistent with our original dispatch records, no refund will be issued, and the case will be closed without further correspondence.
If you haven’t received a refund:
Recheck your bank or card statement.
Contact your payment provider — some delays are normal.
If after 10 working days you still haven’t received the refund, email info@weavesoftradition.com.
Only regular-priced products are eligible for return or refund. Sale, discounted, or clearance products are final sale.
We replace products only if they are defective or damaged and approved after inspection. To request an exchange for the same item, email info@weavesoftradition.com with your order details.
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the item is received and verified.
If the gift was ordered by another person and shipped to them first, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser.
