Kota doria is one of the most popular form of weaving in Rajasthan. Doria simply means thread and Kota is a place in Rajasthan where these sarees are woven. The weaving of these sarees is done in a manner such that the weave has square checks pattern on it. This pattern is popularly known as a 'khat'. Kota doria is also manufactured in the state of Uttar Pradesh. These sarees are extremely light weight and easy to carry.

Hand wash in cold water with like colours. Dry in shade.
